Life before Planning Power! was like knowing you need to go to the gym and lose weight or work out, these are the things you KNOW your supposed to do, but don’t. The answers are all the same, “not enough hours in the day” or “I am too busy working to focus on that.” We are all guilty for more reasons than can be listed.
Going through a needs assessment with Al puts all of your problems out into the open. It’s sort of like going to confession and you feel better after a very tough day of identifying portions of your business that need some serious work. After the analysis is complete every item of concern was identified and prioritized. From that list we assigned managers to be responsible. It’s the first time for the company that this is happening. All of a sudden the focus is on the goals and the atmosphere inside the company has changed for the better.

The remote follow up is the key to keeping on the path and being held responsible for your own actions and inactions. Al will hold your feet to the fire. Remote follow-up puts meetings into a steady rhythm that helps owners get things done.
The fact that he’s available to me 24 hours a day is huge. I’m a self-starter, but I like having his direction. Since meeting Al, I’ve gotten a lot smarter. Al pays for himself over and over again.
