No More Yelling Through the Door

Since Al Levi’s visit we have mastered our software and created inter-office memos, so there is no more yelling through the door or leaving hand-written notes on a chair. All scheduling that was done manually on wall calendars is now done with existing computer software that was previously not being used to its potential. Remote accounting software is in place to allow our financial associate to provide monthly accountability check-ins.

We selected a new flat rate manual and Al has taught us selling strategies for our new pricing – and it’s resulting in higher sales per job and greater profits. Bad repairs that hurt the company and resulted in a greater call-back ratio have been identified and eliminated in the new flat rate book. A budget has been done, and breakeven and selling price have been arrived at. A training system and method is in place to ensure buy-in for the new selling price from the staff.

We have created a mission and vision statement for the company and everyone now has an Organizational Chart and a Flow of Communications Chart. A new hiring procedure and staffing forms are in place and being used. Unproductive staff has been eliminated and new staff is being recruited, hired and will be receiving training on our new Fuel 2000 Operations Manuals that Al will be helping us to create. Drug testing of new employees is also set to begin. All personnel are dressing more professionally now.

Our weekly Planning Power! Remote sessions with Al are helping to address management issues quicker and more effectively than ever before.
