Retired at 48: Former Contractor and PCHE Business Expert Debuts ‘The 7-Power Contractor Build Your Operating Manuals Program’

Program guides service contractors through challenging task of creating key operating manuals to run their contracting businesses with less stress and more success.

Scottsdale, AZ —January 11, 2017 —Ten service contracting business owners will have the opportunity to participate in The 7-Power ContractorSM “Build Your Operating Manuals” (BYOM) program anchored by a two-day intensive workshop June 8 – 9, 2017 in Phoenix, AZ at the J.W. Marriott Desert Ridge Resort & Spa Hotel. The program is limited to 10 non-competing contractors in the plumbing, heating, cooling, and/or electrical business.

The 7-Power Contractor BYOM Program is part of a business system created by PHCE industry business expert, author, and former contractor, Al Levi.

Levi developed and implemented what has become The 7-Power Contractor system at his family’s PHCE business on Long Island. This enabled him to sell his share of the business to his brothers and retire at age 48. Levi acknowledges not all contractors will want to retire early like he did, but counters, “Wouldn’t it be sweet if they knew they could?’”

Levi says, “Complete, well-written policies and procedures dramatically transform companies and the lives of those working in them for the better. My mission is to help 30 PHCE contracting firms create and implement operating manuals in 2017.”

Levi is also the author of “The 7-Power Contractor: Run Your Contracting Business with Less Stress and More Success” (7powercontractor.com/shop)

Base price for this comprehensive program is $9,995, which includes a full set of operating manuals for one contracting trade (ex. plumbing), pre-workshop orientation, a two-day workshop in Phoenix to guide contractors through customizing their manuals, and a generous aftercare offering, including personalized assistance by Al Levi. Manuals for up to three additional trades can be added for a nominal additional fee.

Levi explained, “For a fraction of the cost of a new truck or piece of new equipment, you’re getting the keys to less stress and more success in your business with a potentially much bigger financial reward. It’s hard to place a value on that.”

Adrian Stephenson, president of Comfort Services in Raleigh, NC, says “I actually went on vacation for two weeks in the middle of my peak busy season! I would have never thought it possible…Al said the results I desired would come from Operating Power, especially the manuals.  And they did. I’m thankful for what Al does for contractors like me.”
